Cancellation / No Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments that are NOT cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment by voicemail or email will be subjected to a 50% fee of the service(s) booked. Appointments that are neglected with a NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% fee of the service(s) booked. You have agreed to these terms when securing your appointment.

We will not be penalizing any cancellations due to being sick if a doctor’s note is provided. A doctor’s note must be provided for cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment for the cancellation fee to be waived. Please provide us with information as soon as possible prior to your scheduled appointment time so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.
